Range Rules and Regulations

1.   All equipment will be inspected by the range officer prior to entering range.
2.   Release form must be signed prior to using range.
3.   Rapid fire, quick draw or firing from a holstered pistol prohibited.
4.   Only ammunition purchased at Action Impact may be used.
5.   All loading, unloading and adjustments to be made at shooting bench only.
6.   Black powder guns prohibited.
7.   Metal piercing, incendiary, zinc alloy or exploding ammunition prohibited in rifle tube.
8.   Hearing and eye protection required.
9. Shooters aged 14-17 will be permitted use of only a .22 caliber rim fire rifle in handgun range & must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
10. Down range activity strictly prohibited on handgun and rifle range.
11. Malfunctions which are not immediately resolvable, signal range officer for assistance.
12. Obey cease fire lights at all times.
13. Food, drink and smoking are prohibited.
14. Horseplay, misuse of firearm or violations of any rules will result in prompt expulsion.
15. All rules, regulations and use of range will be enforced and determined by the views and discretion of the range officer. Violations will cause prompt removal from premises.
16. Use of alcoholic beverage or drugs prior to range use is strictly prohibited. Intoxication level will be  Determined by the Range Officer and decision is considered final.
17. Handguns will be used only by shooters over the age of 18 in compliance with all state and federal laws.
